Swadeb Construction Co. Ltd was conceptualized in 2015 as the need to provide tailor-made, client-oriented construction services arose. The founders of the firm saw the need to bridge the gap between the client and construction services providers by safeguarding the client’s interests. The company was incorporated in 2017. We are registered under category 5 by the National Construction Authority (NCA) and all our technical personnel are too.

Our service is based on "client-oriented" project management. Our strength is the ability to liaise with our clients prior to the start of the project; understand their interests for the project, advice accordingly and delivery of the project through adequate scheduling of concurrent short and long-term construction activities.

This ensures that our client’s interests become paramount enabling the delivery of the project in time, cost-effectively and of the right quality. We consistently meet and beat our customer’s construction deadlines by ensuring that we deliver. We specialize in education buildings, residential estates, residential homes, corporate projects, recreational facilities and churches among others.
